Where does SCORM fit into the picture? Should we demand that our product support SCORM? What about Adobe products vs. Articulate vs. Qarbon ? In terms of SCORM, Almost always the answer is yes, authoring tools need to support it. But don't most tools support SCORM at this point?I Should we support Flash?

The version you want is the Pro version which comes with Corel Paint Shop Pro, Qarbon Viewlet builder. Works across multiple platforms, SCORM, learning object generator and more. To give you an example, the free version is ADL SCORM 2004 certified (many commercial paid ones are not). Solid set of features.
