Tools - A Summary and particularly my use of the course wiki as the basis for putting course notes, having each team put up their work, etc. Safe Harbor Statements - Clearly mark pages that are controlled and approved vs. those that are not. I've not really seen good examples of business cases (future ROI) for using these tools.
