I've not really seen good examples of business cases (future ROI) for using these tools. I can safely say that I have gotten nothing out of the site. Time frame / Goal - Starting with a fixed time frame and a particular goal often gets better initial activity. Still, this is a somewhat uphill battle. I never initiate a connection.
