Assessments often take the form of a test included at the end of a course to evaluate learner performance. This model is the standard used for analyzing and evaluating the results of training programs. The primary purpose of the LTI standard, created by the IMS Global Learning Consortium, is to connect learning systems, such as an LMS, with external service tools.
