The Brandon Hall Group Gold award was earned in the "Best Advance in Social Learning Technology" category, in collaboration with Omnicom Media Group (OMG). OMG reimagined global leadership training using the Intrepid platform for their leadership development program: OMG Accelerate. Their combination of a community-driven approach, challenge-based learning, practical applications, customization, wellness components, and expert engagement empowered participants with actionable solutions that are driving real business impact.
In addition, Intrepid was named a Brandon Hall Group Bronze award-winner for "Best Advance in Social Learning Technology" in partnership with Blanchard. This acknowledgment underscores the success of the SLII® Collaborative Online course, a five-week semi-synchronous learning experience that engages participants through interactive activities, discussions, exercises, reflection, and offline assignments. Another Brandon Hall Group Bronze award was received for "Best Advance in Onboarding Technology" in collaboration with UnitedHealthcare (UHC). UHC revamped its Medicare Appeals & Grievances new hire program using collaborative learning strategies, including a live training environment and real-case simulations. The program's innovative approach resulted in significant improvements in time-to-proficiency and learner satisfaction scores, showcasing the power of leveraging technology for virtual learning for performance while also aligning with organizational goals and values.
