I was one of several authors who collaborated on the survey questions and wrote different sections of the report. SkillPort scores very high as well on satisfaction. Oracle's ( Learning Management and PeopleSoft Enterprise Learning Management but less so it's iLearning ) and SAP Enterprise Learning score better than I would have expected.
