I hadn’t yet recognized the value of connectedness , but knew immediately that I was learning from each of these encounters. I had more than a dozen individuals I interacted with regularly, and we would discuss thoughts, ideas, and plans related to one or more aspects of learning and development. Much of what I found I now consider useless or completely wrong. A community of practice is a group of people who share a profession or field of practice.

Using SharePoint

SharePoint is so flexible and the documentation for it is so big and diverse, that a big part of my goals have been to understand the different ways that training organizations are using SharePoint. I've had conversations with several of these folks in more detail and with a few others. In this post, I wanted to capture some of the patterns of use of SharePoint that seem to be emerging. Examples , most all of these could have been supported through SharePoint.
