With Softchalkcloud, you cannot use their app to create lessons outside of your browser, and this app runs on both Microsoft and Mac computers. It has accessibility and WCAG compliance, so it is fairly trustworthy. Softchalkcloud is not a complete LMS, so it can be paired with another LMS. Don’t worry, it has full functionality.

Do you have a recommended software that meets or is less constraining in 508 compliance? I am not aware of any plans for a Mac version. However, many Storyline developers (including several at Artisan) successfully use Storyline on a Mac using a Windows emulator, such as parallels.

Over 98% of the LMS/LCMS/learning platform have at least one compliance standard, so why use a RCAT that doesn’t? Works on Mac. For the desktop products it is still amazing at the number which do not work on Macs. If it is the latter, and your system accepts SCORM 2004 only (which thus accepts 1.2 People like STT.

Compliance/Regulatory, work audits. Q: I use only Macs will every LMS work with it? If you are seeking this route, some vendors include it at no charge, the others who offer it – charge extra. Streaming video – low number of systems. Widgets – low, but growing (future blog on trends). ePub publishing .
