10 – Meridian - Despite a web site that should be kicked into outer space (hello, update?), Some features I like include mobile learning (on/off synch), compliance, incentive points, process management and collaboration. How a vendor of this size and quality can have this business approach in this day and age is beyond me.

11 Meridian Global - Don’t let the web site fool you – because it really needs an overhaul, this is a strong system. I always love vendors who constantly update and enhance their system multiple times throughout the year and eLogic is no exception. System also includes SMS notifications in case you were wondering.

Several of the LMS vendors appear more than once, such as Oracle. They can be used to see how LMS vendors stack up against particular features.
