Some features I like include mobile learning (on/off synch), compliance, incentive points, process management and collaboration. The user interface is slick – way better than the days of Plateau – which some people still call it – uh, its not.

SuccessFactors – Just for those folks to remember, SF is owned by SAP and had acquired Plateau. They haven’t been Plateau for a few years, so stop calling them Plateau – a pet peeve of mine. I mean it screams Plateau and Knowledge Planet. I’m a huge fan of history. Especially those “what if” scenarios that explore the other side of historical changes.
