For those of uninitiated, Online Educa Berlin, is an e-learning conference geared towards higher education and with some corporate. As for myself, both sessions were packed (one was a pre-conference). It was better than many conferences, but as with Wi-Fi, you still had some drop spots. And yes, yes it was. Planned events.
