Top eLearning Content Providers For Microlearning 2019

Adobe Captivate

The scenario with learning is no different. A learning overdose can put learners off. Learners are more likely to opt for something that is less time-consuming and fulfills their learning needs in a jiffy. Microlearning has proven to be one of the most effective forms of learning today, especially when you have a multi-generational workforce that presents the challenge of creating training for each profile. E-Learning Provocateur

The universal advice for m-learning is to keep it short. Shorter content is quicker to develop, and single files like MP4s are easy to produce. Online courses must die!

E-Learning Provocateur

The proliferation of so-called rapid authoring tools over the last few years has coincided with an explosion in the number of online courses developed in-house. In the bad old days, technically challenged L&D professionals had to pay exorbitant fees to development houses to produce simple modules. Increasing the number of clicks required to view the content does not make it more interactive. Enter the Informal Learning Environment (ILE).

Stop Hovering over Learners

Vikas Joshi on Interactive Learning

It has been argued that too much hovering sometimes backfires, because kids learn their values backwards: they feel entitled to things that they must earn, they lack empathy where it is needed. What will help teens develop decision-making skills? Such excesses have their parallels in the learning world. Take e-learning design, for example.
