Well, I don't know about that, but I'm sure it will answer an awful lot of questions for anyone considering setting up a public corporate blog or getting blogging going within the firewall.

One can also post their Twitter feeds in courses, web pages, corporate blogs, etc. I have followed sessions at elearning conferences and even had several tweeps there surprised that I was not physically in attendance, but was so involved in the session's conversation (backchannel). Be an active, vocal consumer.
