This work informed the conversations with several current and former ADL friends. These conversations became something we called “ BAQON ” — a Brokered, Anonymous acQuaintance Open Network. Over the next four months, ADL brought the team and I on board to work on what would become the Training and Learning Architecture , or TLA.
