Some vendors push heavily on PPT, implying that a great WBT is really a PPT converted to Flash. It’s bizarre really, when SaaS is red hot in every other e-learning segment and yet in RCAT, desktop still rules. SaaS – while desktop still rules, SaaS is slowly gaining converts. It isn’t.

I found that there is a lag in terms of time for the “file” to be converted. If you are ready to create the course, simply click “edit your course” This will take you to a new screen, which enables you to enter in your course name, and work on the course. I tested this twice, once at night and once in midday.
