Adobe recently posted a fix for Captivate 9 that, according to Adobe, addresses the following issues in Adobe Captivate 9. Conditional actions get converted to standard actions in upgraded project. Effects are not played fully in SWF, when the effect duration is less than the default effect duration.

I have gone to make small changes to an existing Captivate eLearning course created in Captivate 9, in doing so it has been converted to Captivate 2019. But when I run Preview or open the live version there are issues. This effects nearly every slide in the project. They are fine when I view them in the workspace.

We have used them for several projects, and have found them very effective for development and simple to use. With all its advantages, Articulate does have a few bugs – although the company did recently release a patch for Presenter ’09 that resolves a large number of bugs [view the whole list of resolved issues here ].
