My captivate project – images missing when converted to MP4

When I view my completed captivate simulation as HTML all the images are still there but , when I try to convert to video MP4 then images are missing or blurred.

@Gold731 Are you really talking about the same situation: Software simulation or Video Demo? In both the slide images are background images. I am aware of possible issues with FMR slides in software sim, demo mode. But those are not images, but video which encountered problems when converting from FLV to MP4.

Did you ever try other settings? I know that I repeat my question, but you never answered to it. Cannot put it directly under your comment.

Did you try one of the default setups?

Which workflow did you use for the ‘captivate simulation’? Are you talking about a software simulation or a Video Demo. Since you want to publish to MP4, you don’t need any interactivity and I woud recommend to use Video Demo.

Yes within captivate I used Software Simulation, i prefer this option because it allows it to be broken up into multiple slides vs. Video Demo of 1 file. Attached is the message i get.

I am facing the same issue. When I publish a blank captivate project as MP4, some images do not get displayed.
