Safe Harbor Statements - Clearly mark pages that are controlled and approved vs. those that are not. I've not really seen good examples of business cases (future ROI) for using these tools. Even Thomas Davenport, author of Thinking for a Living, has blasted these tools: blogs have detracted from productivity, not increased it.
