Blasting out an RFP to everyone or dozens of vendors is an awful idea. and then submit a scaled down RFP for more information and if you so desire, request a demo.

Yet, as I have often noted, it is rarely pushed upon in an RFP, let alone a demo. You the consumer can use the support card as part of your RFP process, which I strongly recommend. . Schoolguru (corporate version). Blackboard (corporate) – but I’m hearing that their web conf component (usually extra cost) is having issues (according to some readers). And many you can schedule a demo, send RFP, etc. Perhaps you have to someone you know.
