When I say that, keep in mind that 90% of what workplace learning is all about will be basically unchanged this year. But when I do these predictions, I focus on the stuff that’s part of the bigger trends and the potential that these trends have for impacting workplace learning professionals especially around the impact that technology will have. During 2010, this will actually have much more impact outside of learning solutions and particularly workplace learning solutions.
