The trends apply to both LMS/LCMS vendors. Asia – misleading by LMS/LCMS vendors. Lower cost and the locations of their personnel and other clients. Anything that reduces calls into a company’s tech support (and thus lower the costs for that vendor’s customer support) will be incorportad. Equally smart.

Here is just a few of ones I like, that are unique and you could use in your LMS/LCMS/CMS, Learning Portal (caveat: your vendor must be able to accept APIs, otherwise it won’t work).
