According to a study by the Society for Human Resources Management (SHRM), the average cost of losing an employee is six months of their base salary. The average employee salary is $53,000, so the average cost of losing an employee would be $26,500. They don’t have the opportunity for proper training. Some of these aspects are difficult to tailor to every employee, but providing the necessary training shouldn’t be one of them. With video training, people do the same.
