I am toying with the idea of creating a cartoonish character and in my research I came across SP Studio which is a very cool site that makes it easy to create custom south park cartoon characters. I am working on an eLearning project where I will be using a character that will be the learners tutor throughout the module.

The site also features some amazing digital images if you are looking for something different. The site is well organized, and it includes categories such as architecture, animals, people, and textures. Inexpensive (but good) (1) iStockphoto.com One dollar for low-rez images and two-three dollars for higher-rez images.
