Product Review: Plateau TMS (Talent Management System)

I’ll be the first to admit, that I was not a big fan of the previous versions of the Plateau system. After viewing the Plateau TMS, my concerns in one area have been eliminated, in others, not so much. Plateau LMS is a Talent Management System, made up of four modules. Plateau Learning. Plateau Performance.

People get to a point of plateau with their skills, and I’d love to see more of an emphasis on how to move people beyond that. JULIE DIRKSEN: It often costs a lot to build games. Your content still needs to be valuable enough to justify the cost. For one thing, you need a whole new piece of software (an LRS ) that is separate from your LMS and is going to cost you more money. And getting your LMS to talk to that LRS, which you probably thought was necessary, will also cost you money.

They have a freebie version which has an appropriate number of feature sets, then they have paid versions for individual and organization.
