Google Docs – ever heard of em? It has blown past social learning, and continues to roll. Courselab – The best free open source product on the market. Most people assume that Articulate, Lectora and Captivate are the best tools out there, that is no longer the case. Microsoft Live – same thing.

Vendors who added innovative features including text to speech (way to go SoftChalk), to true HTML5 support (Claro, Cm-Studio, Rapid Intake, Toolbook and sort of HTML5 output – Lectora) to image editors, SDK kits, gaming sims and Sony PSP devices. CourseLab – one of my top 10 RCATs and FREE.
