Feature sets – they have to be more than PPT to Flash or add an audio clip and video clip to the course. Mobile Learning/HTML5 output – doesn’t hurt and has to be considered. This product is 100% geared towards e-learning developers or instructional designers who have at a minimum moderate tech skills.
