Trust me when I say this, someone out there was the first to use Cornerstone OnDemand. Some vendors are now tossing in a free custom domain – which rocks, but does not slide under my minimums. A difference that can create your own carnival. . Hello, hello, hello!

Custom domains – rather than have yourcompany.vendorname.com, some systems are now offering custom domains so that your learners see whatever name you create.com and remove the vendor name. Ad-hoc reporting – i.e. you create your own custom reports.
