I’ll be the first to admit, that I was not a big fan of the previous versions of the Plateau system. After viewing the Plateau TMS, my concerns in one area have been eliminated, in others, not so much. Plateau LMS is a Talent Management System, made up of four modules. Plateau Learning. Plateau Performance.

SumTotal is calling their product a Human Capital Management system. Oracle then followed suit by acquiring SuccessFactors who had acquired Plateau in the past. I’m sure the people who had purchased Plateau or even SuccessFactors Learning system were delighted to hear the news.

Support is fantastic and what I have found is they really care about their customers, a rarity in today’s space. Back in the days, the Plateau platform was ghastly awful.

Our customers find our system user friendly and easy to use. We have the highest repeat customers in the industry. The number one reason people leave their current system or purchase a different e-learning product? Every time I see a product, two statements seem to be universal. We are user friendly.
