If the buy content you get Skillsoft system sounds familiar you are correct, because the same approach was taken with Skillport, an LMS from Skillsoft, which was really a stripped down version of the old Element K system back in the day. At the time, PL was a dominant player in the industry, with lots of loyal (aka recurring revenue) customers.
