I’m closing the chapter on 2008 and gearing up for 2009 and beyond. Next year, I intend to start making the world a better place, and that’s going to take more oomph, focus, and work with others. Peter Drucker said the purpose of business is to create and maintain a customer. Posted my first video mash-up to YouTube.
