10 – Meridian - Despite a web site that should be kicked into outer space (hello, update?), The user interface is slick and feature wise the product has a lot to offer. While I still have some concerns on the game plan of SAP with SuccessFactors in the long term, there is just no way not to include them in the top ten systems.

And BTW, nearly every LMS can interface with Oracle products. SuccessFactors – Just for those folks to remember, SF is owned by SAP and had acquired Plateau. The previous, Growth Engineering is still a phenomenal product, much more than just gamification. ExpertusOne – BTW, now has an app in the Salesforce exchange.

LMS Satisfaction Features and Barriers

Most of the time (as is the case with Oracle) these are different products. I know the folks from CornerStone and their product does some really interesting things. Over the past few years, they've been able to fend of Oracle, PeopleSoft and SAP through superior products. The dissatisfaction numbers are high in general.

Numerous vendors posted a full demo of their product on my lmsdemos.com site. SSO, custom domain, HTTPS:// all included at no additional charge. Bonus – mobile app can be customized with client’s logo. #14 My only concern with them is what role SAP will play in their future. #11 Two additional notes.

Top 85 Learning Systems for 2020

People always inquire why I like one system over the next, and how their system (if they are a vendor) is not on the list or if a customer, how the system they purchased is not on the list. But I do expect them to have some functionality that I wouldn’t expect to see in say a system that is 100% customer training only, and vice versa.
