Several years ago we engaged a vendor to create three eLearning modules for a new product launch. When I went back to the product marketing team with the request for budget to re-engage the vendor, they were less than enthusiastic. I’ve expanded to using Toolbook and other software. What are some of your favorite tools?

Seems to show a level of customer service we have all come to expect when testing something or trying it out before we buy it. Why are some vendors treating you as a spy or something sinister when you just want to try out the product? Quicklessons – while they do offer a free version, the product most folks will buy they do not.

My boss had an educational technology degree from Harvard. I learned Toolbook and Authorware on my own while in the program. I was one of the few in my program that had media production, programming, graphics design, and web skills. We cater to local customers and accept international projects. Lots of video.
