Recently a gamification RFP landed on my desk that started me thinking, “How can branding, applied to a ‘gamified’ solution, help enhance emotional engagement with learners?” A game map gives players freedom to explore, see their progress, and see how each piece of the customer service model applies to the bigger picture.

Yet, as I have often noted, it is rarely pushed upon in an RFP, let alone a demo. You the consumer can use the support card as part of your RFP process, which I strongly recommend. . Do I provide based on vertical(s) or the total package or NexGen (see the Grid) , or social or gamification or… Overall Yummy. I like that.

What is a sales enablement platform and why if they pitch it for sales training, does it offer customer service training too? Focuses heavily on “sales training” push BUT also customer service training too. Most customers use them for sales training and customer support training. What is an SEP?

Integrations, Apps will rule – I expect integrations to be huge in 2015 – call it the year of integrations, but don’t expect the huge fanfare that is constantly displayed when folks mention gamification or mobile.
