Q : I am curious on why Cornerstone On Demand, Saba and SumTotal do not appear in your top twenty lists even though they appear on other sites as the best products in the market. Saba - A solid system, but IMO (in my opinion) better suited for talent/performance management. So, back for another installment. Am I missing something?

Anyway, not sure how that played out when they had some clients who moved from Absorb to SmartLab and then ended up going back to Absorb – not an ideal customer service move IMO. Saba: See SumTotal. A little late to the game for some features that others already had in play. 8 Docebo.

From there, you can now inquire with the vendor if they are doing something above and beyond what the server site offers and includes. Do they have a support/customer service manager or someone running the team? People either love or hate Cornerstone OnDemand, SumTotal Learn, Saba, SuccessFactors.

You know the names – Cornerstone , Oracle , Saba Software , SAP SuccessFactors , SumTotal Systems and Workday. Customer relationship management. Customer service management. Basically LTI is like SCORM , but it doesn’t require content to reside on the same server as an LMS. Data integration software.
