Safe Harbor Statements - Clearly mark pages that are controlled and approved vs. those that are not. IP - Making sure it's clear about ownership of content is definitely an issue. Privacy / Confidentiality - Limit the visibility. Management Take it Seriously – Definitely an issue. Then to the help desk.
