What about vendors who are “nextgen” but still a work in progress – in the sense that they need a tweak here, or a tweak there or what are they doing with that – but otherwise this is very next gen? Then where do you place vendors who have been around but offer the capabilities including more robust statistics? How do I define NextGen? Skill gap?
