Jane Hart released the final list of top 100 tools for learning 2009 last month. It’s been created based on responses from 278 learning professionals worldwide and has taken several months to compile. 2. Delicious. Its important to note that the list seems to be dominated by people’s preference of tools they use for personal learning. These are not the top tools used for creating Learning Solutions.
