Summary
Problems accessing MacBook Pro camera for Video Demo.
Attempting my first Video Demo using a MacBook Pro 2016. When I click record all I get is the spinning beachball. It looks like Captivate cannot access my FaceTime camera. Have gone to MacBook system preferences, accessibility, camera and Captivate has not asked to use the camera. What do I need to do?

You should be able to go into your system preferences – Security & Privacy – Camera. Then allow Captivate to access your camera. Depends which OS on your Mac you are using on how to get there.
