T wo years ago, DevLearn and KM World took place simultaneously in downtown San Jose. Looking through the program, I’m delighted to see that many of the sessions could easily play at DevLearn and vice-versa. How different are these KM World talks from the topics we covered at DevLearn ? DevLearn and KM World.

DevLearn 2008 Conference & Expo - November 10-14 - San Jose, CA If you are good, or knowledgable, at something, then you simply start teaching. We don't NEED more teachers.

Was great at DevLearn. Mzinga is going a different direction focusing on collaboration and social media capabilities. I'm not sure I buy what some of the other LMS vendors are providing around social software. Twitter I'm still not sure what my Twitter Status will be. I use it a little bit. Find somewhat random things.

Andy McAfee last year at DevLearn in San Jose. But virtually all the evidence I’ve seen over the years convinces me that people (whether employees, partners, or customers) can be trusted, and do predominantly use the new social software platforms in ways that provide benefit and credit to the companies that establish them.
