Action map: For mapping, I use Compendium , which lets you paste text, PowerPoint slides, PDFs, and web sites in the map. Move the info into your content dump and color code it in the source doc. If I’m using a Word doc, I also add headings to make it easy to group information by activity. Which is correct?

To allow your learners to collaborate, you can take advantage of features such as web conferencing, whiteboards, and slide sharing. If needed, you can also add PDFs, Word, PPT, and other files to your course content and make them downloadable for self-paced learning. But it’s not just limited to course creation and deployment.

A PowerPoint is not an effective means of e-learning, although one person told me what did a PPT have to do with any of this? In college, I was an auditory learner, watching videos or viewing slides bored me. Doable (think workbook or a doc attachment). Quality e-learning is interactive and engaging. I never paid attention.

Vendors who offer the ability to upload your PowerPoint, word docs, slides, etc. So you can have your PPT or whatever docs and upload them into the presentation while you are taking. Upload your PPT or docs or whatever ahead of time. sadly do not follow one universal approach.

Each PowerPoint slide appears in order, following your PPT order. For example: your first PPT slide is on the timeline then you add a word document, next an image file, another slide (your 2nd one in the deck u uploaded), then audio/movie and so on. If you want to remove a page or slide you can.

You can also use your camera to add photos of slides or a blackboard to enhance your notes, and the photo acts the same way as the typed notes – just click the photo, and jump to that portion of the audio. It allows you to go back and listed to just a section of the audio from a meeting or lecture without listening to the entire recording.
