The top tool for the 4 th year running is Twitter, with both YouTube (2 nd ) and Google Docs (aka Google Drive) (3 rd ) retaining their places for the 3 rd year in succession. Once again the list is dominated by free online social tools.

I also was intrigued to see Microsoft showing the Fuse team rather then SharePoint. Fuse seemed to be largely developing internal social media capabilities (enhancing Outlook) and some developer interfaces, but apparently also do some customer work. Engage has, like Spigit, an idea tool, but no one had a clear answer.
