Another small trend is providing advanced admin capabilities in the form of admins who have CSS, Flash,PHP or other languages. Toss in the integration of ERP solutions (Peoplesoft, Oracle, SAP, Workday) and HRIS systems into the mix and you will see why this is growing. The use of geolocation – available in HTML5.
