In The Rise of Flash Video - Tom Green tells us: This is not to say QuickTime and Windows Media are dead technologies. WMV Format, Quicktime and Real either require a streaming server to achieve the effect or do not do as good of a job.

You can do this by using tools like Camtasia or QuickTime (you may need to download a plugin to record both audio and video). If you use a Mac, you can use Quicktime or iMovie. If you upload a presentation to an LMS the slides are a simple document that has no transitions or effects. Movie Maker is one that’s easy to use.

If they are stored on their servers – is there a way you can tell me who has accessed it, how many times and how many times it has been downloaded? (If Worse case, you get the files, load into your LMS or e-learning community and have had some customization created for the download tracking information). Either is fine.
