Probably the two main applications that most designers (I use the term designer to mean instructional designers, developers, and other learning specialists) will use for developing learning platforms are the new versions of Captivate and Dreamweaver. Acrobat for exchanging documents, such as adding a rich text file to Dreamweaver project.

On the other hand if the developer does not agree that a change is required, or if he has a question about the feedback, he can type a note to that effect and send that information back to the tester. Text to Speech Captivate 4 will include a brand new Text to Speech feature.
