When it comes to the e-learning market, specifically the LMS space (and you can toss in LCMS, CMS, Learning Portals as well), there are a lot of traps that customers fall into and can’t get out. Sometimes it is a result of the vendor, other times it is a failure of due diligence on the part of the soon to be customer. The vendor’s salesperson tells you want you want to hear.
