A friend of mine, got a RFP template from a LMS vendor’s web site. I am not a fan of grabbing RFP templates off of vendor’s web sites, only because if you read them in detail you will start to realize that for some of the questions, it is really geared toward that vendor’s product. Always after.

Rather, you are expected to see their “demo&# and then based on paper based literature, maybe your RFP (if you did one), make your selection and purchase. We can surf the internet, find other vendors. E-Learning 24/7. social learning. Please tell me, what other big expenditure would you allow this to happen?
