The new iSpring Pro 7 – currently in beta adds additional powerhouse features, including PPT to HTML5 output (which right now is a standalone product). #8 While their Slideshark app for the iPad is nifty, it is not the only product that showcases PPT and is free. Yeah it is another PPT spin product but does stand out. #5

Online/Offline synch – not yet live, coming later this Summer – that is with native app for iOS – not everyone system is involved in the early stages of TinCan (the next evolution of SCORM) – Blue Volt is however. Mobile Learning – yes you can view it on tablets and smartphones. Social Learning – No.

What I am seeing is an increase in learning system vendors exploring online/offline synch with the iPad/iPad2 (and yes, Android OS). While there are vendors who offer online/offline synch with their LMSs, they are doing it via a universal app, which is geared towards the screen size of smartphone, rather than a tablet.

Remember when only a few offered the PPT to Flash option in their tools? Mobile Learning. Let’s see – what is the fastest e-learning subset ever to garner audience interest for all solutions? Online/Offline synch, Push capabilities – has to exist. If anything because it delays rollout. Same thing.
