The hype on the product was huge, after all, the company’s revenue has increased significantly over the past two years. Search Connect – their search capability within the product. Leader board within “Connect” their social learning component – however, I did not see any type of incentive tied to it.

The product continues to add new features that overall are surprisingly solid. However, they continue to incorporate some instructor led training components, which is a disservice to an otherwise nice product. E-mail specific slides to subject matter experts for review. Ability to add YouTube videos to course(s).
