Taleo, which as many of you know, was purchased by SAP. Oracle then followed suit by acquiring SuccessFactors who had acquired Plateau in the past. I’m sure the people who had purchased Plateau or even SuccessFactors Learning system were delighted to hear the news.

Back in the days, the Plateau platform was ghastly awful. Not sure how SAP will eventually impact the system, but for today it stands strong. Jam – which is their social learning and collaboration tool. The user interface has come a long way. Features include: 90/10 standards.
