No offense to my colleagues who are OD (organizational development) folks, but the thought of having training under OD is nothing short of armageddon by training standards. Oracle then followed suit by acquiring SuccessFactors who had acquired Plateau in the past. The same applies when training falls under Human Resources.

These are your pressing reqs and most systems offer them as standards. I often hear people say they want mobile learning in their solution, social learning, e-commerce, but when you ask for specifics they sometimes have a blank stare on their face. Specifics. That is so wrong. . then you are not buying a great system.

o and Schoology (whose basic version is free to education/academia) – The tie is because the super robust is their prem version, but nevertheless the basic version has the standard feature sets – including analytics, create assignments and events, assessment tool, email and SMS, filters. Plateau is now called SuccessFactors.

CourseMill 6 by Trivantis. Melon Lite LMS. Totara LMS. Meridan KSI. NetSmart University. Operitel LearnFlex. SAP’s LMS. Avilar WebMentor LMS.
